This poem of inspiration
that I'm sending you today
is just some age-old wisdom
told in a different way.

But if these words raise your spirit
and make your woes depart,
then I'll be glad to know
that they've touched your heart.

I just wanted to remind you
that there's someone up above.
who's always watching over you,
and sending you His love.

And like our Father in heaven,
I'm always here for you,
to send a bit of sunshine
when you're lost and blue.
