Never Forget... |
We forget the material things,
the baubles, jewels, and treasures.
But we hold each act of kindness
dear in our hearts
and cherish them forever.
We forget the long nights,
and the rain the springtime sends
but we never forget those
who were there for us,
our true and trusted friends.
And as you go about the day,
I hope you'll know it's true,
that someone out there
appreciates your caring heart
and thinks the world of you.
